Shipping How long does processing & delivery take?
  • Processing: 24–48 hours (business days).
  • Delivery time (DE/AT/CH): usually 3–7 business days after handing to the shipping carrier. During peak periods or for special items, it may take longer.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is shipped.
Destinations Where do you ship?

Primarily to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Other EU countries may be available depending on the product and will be shown at checkout.

Cost How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination and weight. For certain order values, we regularly offer free shipping promotions.

Express Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, for selected products and regions. If available, the option will appear at checkout.

Tracking How do I get my tracking number?

After your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Address Can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. Please contact support immediately and include your order number.

Cancellation How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible before the package is packed or shipped. If it has already shipped, you can still return it via our 30-day return policy.

Returns How does return & exchange work?
  • Period: 30 days after delivery.
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging.
  • Process: Contact support — we’ll send the steps and return address.
  • Refund: Processed after we receive your item, via the original payment method.
Defects Received a defective or wrong item?

Please take a photo of the item (including packaging/label), note your order number, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

Payment What payment methods are available?

We accept all major cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout depending on your country. Cash on delivery is currently not available.

Security Are payments secure?

Yes. We use PCI-compliant payment providers and TLS encryption. Payment data is never stored on our servers.

Customs Are there customs fees or taxes?

All prices include VAT for EU orders (if applicable). Additional charges are uncommon within the EU; outside the EU, import duties may apply depending on the destination country.

Origin Where are products shipped from?

We work with multiple fulfillment centers and verified partners to choose the fastest route (EU warehouses/partners available depending on the item).

Quality Product quality & warranty

We curate products focusing on safety, comfort, and everyday usability. Legal warranty applies under EU law; additional manufacturer warranties are stated on the product page if applicable.

Delay My order is delayed – what should I do?
  • Check the tracking link (transit delays may occur).
  • If the status hasn’t changed for more than 7 business days, contact us with your order number — we’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier.
